Biography:
Mr. Socrate Exantus is the Owner and CEO of All County Property Management; with offices in South Florida, Central Florida and North Florida. Prior to joining All County, Socrate spent 15 years in the Corporate world where he held several Leadership positions, with his most recent position serving as the Senior Sales Operations Manager for their National Sales Division. Mr. Exantus and his team has clients in many Latin American countries, the Caribbean, and around the world. Mr. Exantus is currently a Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Instructor. As an investor, Socrate has purchased and sold many of his own rental properties; which helps understand and relate intimately with investors looking to start or grow their portfolio. As a CEO at All County, Socrate and his team has managed over 2,400 homes for small and institutional investors. Socrate has served as the President of the All County Advisory Council, and led his team to be named the "Top All County Office" in the country for the All County franchise for 6 consecutive years (2011 - 2016). Socrate is Leadership Speaker and regularly speaks at National conferences and Universities (i.e. Indiana University, and University Of Central Florida). Socrate has a Masters in Project Management from The George Washington University, and BA in Management from the University of Central Florida.
