Biography:

Monica Hoffman has more than 20 years combined sales, marketing, and real estate experience. She has been a consistent ‘top-producer’ throughout her career, and between 2004 and 2005, shattered the sales performance record at Line 13 Properties by closing 170 transactions. More than the numbers, Monica will tell you that it’s service, professionalism, and integrity that are at the heart of her success.

Monica was born in Bogota, Colombia, raised in Valencia, Venezuela before relocating to the Palm Beaches in 2002. She has always been a high achiever in the sales and marketing arena. She directed all sales activities while supervising 11 sales professionals for Diseño & Publicidad in Venezuela. She was a leading sales producer for beach club sales for the Omphoy Ocean Resort Palm Beach and a top-producer for vacant land sales in Florida, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas and Wisconsin for Line 13 Properties and Green Properties.

Monica brings a level of sophistication, expertise, and veracity to the high-end, luxury real estate market that’s rarely seen.
