Betania is a seasoned professional with a diverse and accomplished background. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Tourism with a concentration in Business Administration and International Trade from the prestigious "Universidad Catolica Pernambuco." Her academic journey continued in 1998 when she successfully completed her Master's Degree in International Trade at the renowned "Universidad Federal Rural de Pernambuco."
Throughout her illustrious career, Betania has had the privilege of working for numerous international companies, providing her with the opportunity to traverse the globe. Her professional journey in the United States has been marked by engagements in vibrant cities, including Miami, West Palm Beach, Stuart, Port St Lucie, Naples, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Lehigh Acres, and beyond.
Betania's multifaceted career has seen her serve as a Paralegal, offering invaluable support to various Attorneys in South Florida. Since 2004, she has also held the esteemed role of a Notary Public. Her extensive professional experience spans diverse industries, including legal, financial, real estate, marketing, sales, and most recently, facilitating the needs of investors from South America and Canada. Despite her Brazilian roots, Betania has called Florida her home since 1999. She is not only fluent in Portuguese and Spanish but also boasts a fundamental understanding of French.
In 2018, Betania expanded her knowledge by attending a CIPS class in Halifax, Canada. Fast forward to August 2023, she achieved her Green Designation Certificate, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies and innovations to better serve homeowners, homebuyers, and investors.
Outside of her professional life, Betania is a passionate individual who dedicates her free time to her love for music, dance, theater, art shows, and travel. Her deep appreciation for the West Coast of Florida is evident, especially when she's captivated by its breathtaking sunsets.
