BIOGRAPHY:
Betzy is originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador. At the age of 19 she moved to New York to live with her older brother and his family. She attended Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry NY where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. She met her husband in 1996 and they have three beautiful children. In 1997 Betzy and her family moved to West Palm Beach, Florida. In 2004 she enrolled in the real estate school and received her real estate license and commenced her new career as a professional realtor. Betzy has built her success on four guiding principles - Integrity, Knowledge of the marketplace, Understanding the needs of her clients, and a Strong Work Ethic.
Betzy is a graduate of the RAPB + GFLR Leadership Academy of 2017 and holds positions on the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches and the Greater Fort Lauderdale including 2018 Vice-Chair Northern Community Outreach Committee. She is also an active member of the Global Business Alliance Group (GBA), 2018 Northern Palm Beach Regional Director as well as 2018 Florida Realtor Director. Betzy has earned designations as Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Certified International Professional Specialist (CIPS). She is also member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM). Betzy prides herself on matching the right buyer with the perfect home, as well as exceeding home seller's expectations.
