Biography:
Licensed as a REALTOR® in 2006, and a Broker Associate in 2021, Carol is a multi million dollar producer designated to serving Sellers, Buyers and Investors in all of their real estate needs in two US Markets ( South Florida and Central Ohio). With a background in finance and a BA in Psychology, she can help across a wide spectrum of real estate transactions. Carol is a specialist in Residential and Investment Real Estate, but has worked in every aspect of real estate from Commercial Sales, New Construction and Development, Leasing to Property Management. Her passion is restoration of older homes and mid century modern design.
Carol lives in Hollywood, FL with her Interior Designer husband, daughter, dog and cat. She has participated in many community organizations including a not for profit choir called the Harmony Project for the last 11 years, the 2022 VP for the Powell Area Realty Association and a Columbus Realtor Leadership Academy Graduate class of 2022. A little more about Carol personally: she is a super high energy cheerleader for all of her clients.
When she is not selling Real estate, she is doing stand-up Comedy, jogging, practicing Yoga, making up new Plant Based recipes and VLOGGING them, taking an acting class or acting in a play, doing voice over for commercial spots or Audible, walking her yellow lab, renovating homes, buying long term investment homes, traveling to the UK where her husband is from, or spending time with family.
