Biography:
Judy Ramella moved to Florida in 1996 and earned her real estate license in 1998. Since then, she has become an International Realtor earning her CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist, AHWD (At Home with Diversity), TRC (Transnational Referral Certification), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) and several other certifications/designations including the prestigious C2EX (Certified to Excellence from NAR).
Currently, Judy Ramella is the Broker/Owner of SAPPHIRE PROPERTIES in, Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach County Florida. Serving the real estate industry as a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor, National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics Instructor, has led to many leadership roles throughout her career.
In 2006 through the Women’s Council of Realtors, Judy was encouraged to take the Leadership path. Many Leadership positions were earned due to this first ask. Some of which include; 2016 President of Broward, Palm Beaches, St. Lucie Realtors, Florida Realtors, Board of Director, NAR Board of Director (2018-14) and NAR President’s Liaison to the United Kingdom (2018-16).
Still today, Judy serves on several Local, State Committees. “I am inspired by serving the Realtor members and consumers for their right to home ownership and property rights” says Judy.
Throughout her real estate career, she has earned several local and state awards.
