Biography:
Prior to going into the mortgage business, Walt had extensive experience in corporate finance starting with Citibank, where he progressed to A.V.P. for Southern Europe Financial Control, then in private industry as Finance Director with Xomed and as Controller for the mortgage banking arm of Merrill Lynch.
Walt is fluent in Italian and proficient in Spanish, French and Czech.
With an MBA in Finance, over 20 years of experience in real estate, finance and mortgage brokering, Walt brings a very wide breadth of knowledge and analytical capabilities to the service of my real estate and mortgage customers.From 2000 through 2005 Walt Bianchi was the Chief Financial Officer for Prudential Network Realty where he developed an in-depth knowledge of the real estate and mortgage businesses. In early 2005 he embarked on his mortgage career, first with Wells Fargo and more recently as a broker / owner of Bright Vision Mortgage. Walt received his real estate license in 2000 and his mortgage license in 2005. He is fluent in Italian and proficient in Spanish, French and Czech.
I have been awarded the Lending Integrity Seal of Approval from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. This means that Walt has met the Association’s high standards for ethics, integrity, professionalism, and knowledge in the mortgage industry.
